In the last 10 years, the sustained growth of Monteiro Packaging has allowed the company to reach milestones of which it is very proud:
- Between 2000 and 2021, Monteiro Packaging increased its workforce from 88 to 442 employees;
- Under the New Opportunities initiative, the employees of Monteiro Packaging were given the chance to increase their level of academic qualifications, by means of a protocol agreed between the company and relevant official entities;
- At the moment, 15% of the employees hold higher education qualifications, with the company providing permanent incentives in the form of continuous training to enable employees to achieve their full potential;
- Monteiro Packaging provides language training inside the company, which has been actively taken up by many employees who enjoy the opportunity to increase their knowledge of other languages;
Given the optimistic forecasts, it is our expectation that our workforce will continue to grow in 2022.
